When you create a Callboard account we collect your name, email address, and program information. When you use the app we store the inventory, crew, training, and funding data you enter. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use your data solely to provide the Callboard service — storing your program's information, enabling Backstage Exchange listings you choose to create, and sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We may send product update emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Each program's data is logically isolated from other programs via Row Level Security. Uploaded files are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Callboard never stores your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@callboard.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
