By creating a Callboard account you agree to these terms. If you are creating an account on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You own all inventory, crew, and program data you enter into Callboard. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service to you.
Callboard facilitates communication between programs for the exchange of theatrical items. We are not a party to any transaction. You are solely responsible for the condition, valuation, delivery, and payment terms of any item you list or acquire through the Exchange. Callboard does not process or guarantee payments.
You may not use Callboard to list illegal items, misrepresent item condition, spam other programs, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other programs' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pro and District subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
